Thank you for your interest in our Seasonal Floral Placement Program. Whether you live on the other side of

town or the other side of the country, this is a perfect, convenient and affordable option to ensure your loved

one’s resting place has beautiful floral decorations throughout the year.

If you have multiple loved ones at St. Hedwig, please complete a separate form for each subscription.

Our seasonal placements will take place within ten days after the following dates:

Spring – April 1 / Summer – June 1 / Fall – September 1 / Winter – November 15

Below is a sampling of our Winter 2026 - Fall 2027 arrangements. St. Hedwig reserves the right to substitute

an arrangement of equal value if necessary, and the arrangements do change from year to year.

The program costs listed below include the floral arrangement, delivery to St. Hedwig, removal and

installation at your loved one’s Niche/Crypt/Grave. This program is not renewed automatically, and you will

be provided with advance notice providing an opportunity to renew.
