Seasonal Floral Placement Program

Thank you for your interest in our Seasonal Floral Placement Program. Whether you live on the other side of town or the other side of the country, this is a perfect, convenient and affordable option to ensure your loved one’s resting place has beautiful artificial floral decorations throughout the year.

If you have multiple loved ones at St. Hedwig, please complete a separate form for each subscription.

Our seasonal placements will take place within ten days after the following dates:

Spring – April 1st / Summer – June 1st / Fall – September 1st / Winter – November 15th

(NOTE: You may enroll at any time. Your placements will start with the next season that is at least two weeks following your enrollment.)

Below is a sampling of our Winter 2026 - Fall 2027 arrangements. St. Hedwig reserves the right to substitute an arrangement of equal value if necessary, and the arrangements do change from year to year.

The program costs listed below include the artificial floral arrangement, delivery to St. Hedwig, removal and installation at your loved one’s Niche/Crypt/Grave. This program is not renewed automatically, however you will be provided with advance notice providing an opportunity to renew. St. Hedwig will remove and discard each arrangement at the time a new one is placed. If you wish to retain an  arrangement, you must remove it before the next delivery date.

If you have any questions, or would like assistance with this form, please call (313) 562-1900. Niche and Crypt arrangements require a cemetery approved and installed vase – purchased separately. Please reach out to us if you are not sure whether or not you have a vase. If an arrangement arrives and there is no vase present, we will not be able to install the arrangement and will notify you. In these circumstances, no refund can be provided.
